Villa Rustica comprises 5 bedrooms, all of which have en-suite facilities and air conditioning, thus it can sleep up to 10 people in comfort without having to resort to sofa beds in the lounge! 3 of the bedrooms have double beds and the other 2 have twin single beds, and when we say double beds, we mean double beds, none of those horrible small 4’6” things some people call double beds. The 2 master suites have 6’ (180cm) super king size beds and the 3^rd double room has a 5’6” (165cm) queen size bed. The twin rooms both have 2 x 3’ (90cm) single beds.

All bedrooms have en-suite facilities i.e. they have an en-suite bath or shower room with WC and wash basin. The twin bedded rooms have large showers and the double bedded rooms have baths with separate walk in showers.

The two master suites on the first floor both have access to the sun terrace which has views over the garden and pool and to the sea in the distance and from the Blue Room it’s absolutely wonderful to lie in bed in the morning with the terrace doors open, the sun streaming in, and see the sea through the trees in the distance.

Of the 5 bedrooms, 3 are on the ground floor and 2 are on the 1^st floor. All bedrooms have wardrobes and plenty of hanging and storage space for your clothes.

On entering the villa there is a large reception hall (off which is the utility room) which leads you through to the kitchen and dining room. Off the kitchen is a breakfast room complete with table and chairs, from which 2 sets of french doors lead out to the garden, terrace and pool area. To the left of the kitchen is a hallway, off which are 2 of the 5 bedrooms. The kitchen opens onto the dining room where there is a large dining table and 10 chairs, plus a large sliding patio door that leads out to the garden, terrace and pools.

The dining room leads through to the lounge area with a selection of sofas, armchairs and occasional tables, plus a fantastic, large, open fireplace for use in the winter evenings. The lounge also has a patio door that opens out onto the garden, terrace and pool.

One of the twin bedded bedrooms is located off the lounge as is the staircase that takes you up to the first floor and the 2 master suites.

To the exterior of the villa are the lawned gardens, the tiled terrace for dining, complete with a covered area, and the two interlinked heated swimming pools. One pool is only 45cm deep and is ideal for young children, whilst the other ranges from 1.2m to 2.4m deep and is more suitable for older children and adults. Both pools are alarmed and require a special bracelet to be worn whilst swimming, anyone entering the pool without the bracelet will set off the alarm, thus, should you have a young toddler, who can’t swim, and they accidentally wonder off and fall in the pool the alarm will sound and you will be able to rescue them immediately.

The gardens and pool are maintained on a regular basis to ensure they are in perfect condition for you throughout your stay.
