The villa is available at the following rates;

Oct to May from €3,500 per week
June from €5,000 per week
July and August €7,750 per week
Sept from €5,000 per week
Easter/Christmas/New Year period €5,000 per week

· All rates are weekly. A week runs from Saturday to Saturday.
· Arrival time is 16.00hrs, departure time is 10.00hrs.
· Weekly rates are inclusive of electricity, water and central heating/hot water.
· Rates are inclusive of bed linen, bath towel and pool towels. However, there is a weekly laundry charge of €20 per person. All linen will be changed on a weekly basis. Twice weekly changes can be arranged at extra cost.
· Rates include twice weekly cleaning of the villa (usually Wednesday and Saturday) which is for 3 hours per day. Final cleaning of the property upon departure is extra. The final clean normally takes 10 hours and is charged at €150 euros. Depending upon the state the villa is left in, should the final clean take longer the extra charge will be deducted from the security deposit.
· A daily maid service can be arranged but this will be payable locally by the renter.
· Please note that discounts for stays of 1 month or longer are available by negotiation.
· Please note that certain festivals e.g. Cannes Film Festival Monaco GP etc will be at rates in excess of those indicated above.
· A deposit of 50% of the full rental must be paid upon booking the villa. No booking can be regarded as confirmed until the booking deposit has been paid. The full rental will be due at least 60 days prior to the commencement of the rental.
· In the event that you have to cancel your booking having paid either the booking deposit or the full rental please note that monies will only be refunded (less any additional advertising costs) if we can find another party to rent the villa. We strongly advise that you take out insurance to cover cancellation of your booking.
· A security deposit of €2500 must also be paid no later than 30 days prior to commencement of the rental. This will be returned, less any charges for unpaid services, damages or breakages, within 14 days of departure.
· Rentals and deposits must be paid in Euros direct to our bank account. All money transfer costs will be borne by the renter.
· Rental contracts will be provided by a local agent who manages the property on our behalf and they will be on hand to provide the keys, show how everything works and to assist in the event of any problems.
